If residents have maintenance issues, they should contact our Management Company, IPM. ·All phone calls requesting work of any kind on or around your unit is to go through IPM (not the Directors). IPM's phone number is 828-650-6875. If you do not wish to use the phone, email is available at info@ipmhoa.com. The phone number above will be monitored during after-hours and holidays in the case of emergencies.
